Instructions:

We start by preparing the potatoes. Peel them and slice them thinly. Cut the broccoli into florets and the chicken breasts into cubes. Put everything in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Whisk the eggs with Greek yogurt, milk, oil and finely chopped chives. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese.
