The combination of mustard and honey is a time-honoured classic that never gets old. That’s why we have incorporated this combination into a dish with meat. The preparation is as simple as possible, so everyone can handle it. The dish tastes great with rice and broccoli, but you can also try pasta or baked potatoes.
For the base, you will need:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 150 ml of 12% cooking cream (vegetable cream or the solid part of coconut milk can also be used)
- 30 g Dijon mustard
- 20 g honey
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ground pepper to taste
- salt to taste
For serving you will need:
- 1 spring onion
- ½ cooked broccoli
- rice

Instructions:
Cut the chicken breasts into smaller medallions and then add salt and pepper. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and fry the meat. Then pour cream over it, add mustard , honey, stir and simmer briefly.

If the sauce seems too thick, add a little water. Then season with salt and pepper, and you’re done. Serve with rice, cooked broccoli and chopped spring onions.
