We will need:
- 1.4 l water
- 400 g mushrooms
- 300 g potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 carrots
- 1 parsley root
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 and ½ vegetable stock cubes
- 1 tsp ground caraway
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Preparation:
Fry the finely chopped onion in oil until translucent. Add the mushrooms sliced into pieces and, stirring occasionally, fry until the water has evaporated. Add the sliced carrots and parsley, potatoes cut into cubes, finely chopped or pressed garlic, ground paprika, caraway, smoked paprika, and briefly roast.

Pour water over the vegetables, bring the soup to a boil, and stir in the vegetable stock. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender, which will take approximately 20 minutes. Finally, stir in the marjoram, season with salt, pepper, and serve. Garnish on the plate with parsley.
