These overnight oats represent an ideal, nutritionally balanced breakfast with a high content of protein and fibre. In the morning, simply take them out of the fridge and layer them. The combination of refreshing raspberries and creamy oats provides energy for a busy work morning as well as a demanding workout.
For the base we will need:
- 350 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 240 g fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 200 g oat flakes
- 40 ml maple syrup
- 20 g hemp seeds
- 10 g chia seeds

Instructions:
Start by preparing the base. Mix the oat flakes with the hemp and chia seeds. Then add the Greek yoghurt, milk, and maple syrup, and stir well. Let the raspberries defrost and mash them with a fork. Add the chia seeds and maple syrup, and mix thoroughly.

Let the oat mixture and the raspberries with chia seeds rest in the fridge overnight. The next day, prepare 4 glasses and layer the oat and raspberry mixtures evenly into them. Finally, top with the peanut butter topping and serve.
