Preparation:
Let’s start with the preparation of the cabbage. Cut it into thin strips, along with the spring onions. Once the vegetables are prepared, mix them with lime juice, sugar, and salt.

Season the Greek yoghurt with chilli sauce, maple syrup, dried garlic, and salt. Next, we prepare the tortillas. Toast them dry on both sides, fold them in half, and fill with the cabbage salad, tuna or salmon, drizzled with lime juice, and topped with the Greek yoghurt dressing. Serve the prepared tacos with lime and coriander.
Our tip: If you don’t have taco tortillas, you can fill the ingredients into a wheat tortilla or a protein wrap instead.
